# Warrant Token and New Members

### Will Warrant Tokens be transferrable? <a href="#will-flamingo-units-be-transferrable" id="will-flamingo-units-be-transferrable"></a>

Yes, Members can transfer(sell) their warrant tokens but must receive approval from the Members, via a vote facilitated by the DApp. This is because the transfer of warrant tokens will result in a new member entering the DAO, and the new member must be reviewed and approved by the existing members.

### If a Member "exits" and leaves UIG can new Members join? <a href="#if-a-member-rage-quits-and-leaves-flamingo-can-new-members-join" id="if-a-member-rage-quits-and-leaves-flamingo-can-new-members-join"></a>

Members via a vote facilitated by the DApp can accept new capital commitments from new joining members and admit them into UIG. Any new Member (or, if applicable, group of Members) must provide the same initial contribution as an exiting Member unless otherwise agreed to by the Members.

### Can a Member be forced out of UIG? <a href="#can-a-member-be-forced-out-of-flamingo" id="can-a-member-be-forced-out-of-flamingo"></a>

Members of UIG may be required to leave if Members of UIG vote to remove the respective member.
