10,000 USD. Investments will be investments will be in the form of stable tokens.

#### **Investing With Project Tokens** <a href="#investing-with-project-tokens" id="investing-with-project-tokens"></a>

Founders can invest in the DAO with their own project tokens (up to 50%). Tokens must be listed on reputable DEX or centralized exchanges. For instance, if a founder wants to invest 30,000 USD in UIG, they can invest 15,000 USD in stable tokens and 15,000 USD in project tokens. However, project tokens will be discounted by 40%. Thus, a founder will have to invest 25,000 USD worth of project tokens to get credit for 15,000 USD.

Investment in the form of project tokens must be approved by the DAO committee through an official proposal process. We will take the 2-week average price of the project token to calculate.​

1. Allow founders to invest in the DAO without cashing out / selling their native tokens
   * Save fees
   * Reduce selling pressure on their project tokens
2. DAO members will gain investment exposure to various crypto projects since the DAO treasury will become a portfolio of many founders’ project tokens
