Administration Fund

How are the contributions managed?

Once the aggregate pool (multisig contract) is open to receive capital, whitelisted Members will have a set period of time to deposit USDC into the pool.

  1. For every 1 USDC deposited, members will mint 1 warrant token which represents a share of ownership in the pool, the underlying assets backing the pool, and a claim on future dividends and investment proceeds.

  2. Once the initial deposit period is over, Members will participate in a series of investment committee rounds to deploy the fund's capital in early-stage projects built on Story.

  3. The keys to UIG's multisig contract will be initially managed by the UIG team. After UIG's launch, a voting process will take place to add 3 additional council members (key holders) who will be responsible for handling the keys to the multisig contract.

How do you transfer funds into UIG?

Using the Story wallet, Members can contribute to UIG by depositing USDC after they have been approved.
